Aware of the current situation we are experiencing, we want to publicize our commitment to the well-being and health of our guests and employees.

We work rigorously, following the sanitary indications that we receive from the authorities at all levels, national, regional and municipal, ensuring that we are prepared for all the measures that are required of us, as well as the implementation of our own protocols and standards of sanitary security. We have the food and environmental safety consultancy, Bio9000, which will prepare a personalized Covid-19 prevention and control report, including more than 100 items, conduct periodic audits, including surface sampling, and teach prevention courses for all our employees. .

Our social commitment during this period has been active, donating hygiene materials for sanitary use. We are acquiring equipment and products, to provide disinfectant products for clients in all areas of the hotel, as well as taking measures to avoid crowds in common areas, such as checking in before arrival, cleaning protocols and controls, both in the rooms as in the rest of the areas, swimming pool, restaurant, buffet, elevators ... All this in order to adapt to the new normality, and transmit to our guests the tranquility they deserve, so that they enjoy their holidays, receiving as always, the best personal and quality treatment that characterizes us.

RULES AND USE OF THE BEACH
This summer a little over 60,000 bathers can go down to the beaches of Chipiona when the tide is low, which will be only 43,000 when the tide is high. It is a quarter of the capacity of these beaches.

HYGIENIZATION AND DISINFECTION
Reinforced cleaning protocols: Specific periodic audits will be carried out for verification, according to the check list. Daily cleaning and disinfection, at least 6 times in common toilets, and exhaustive cleaning of critical areas (knobs, elevator buttons, railings, etc.). Hydroalcholic gel will be available in all areas of the hotel.

Use of disinfecting products against the virus, included in the list of virucides approved by the Ministry of Health: The cleaning and maintenance staff will only access the room, for its daily set-up, as long as there are no guests in it. It will be disinfected by spraying with the use of a virucidal, bactericidal, and fungicidal disinfectant, which hydro-alcoholic base is designed for dry contact disinfection (walls, curtains, mattresses...).
RESTORATION PROTOCOLS
We adapt our buffet to the assisted format. Ensuring the safety distance, a tour will be established for clients, where our kitchen staff will personally serve, whatever our guest chooses. So the only one who can manipulate the food buffet area is our staff. Caring as always, the quality of gastronomy, giving priority to local and healthy products.

The rooms of the restaurants have been restructured, limiting the capacity, and distributing the tables, with enough separation to respect the social distance. All kitchen and restaurant utensils will go through the washing train, using the appropriate disinfectant products, and at a minimum temperature of 82ºC.
POOL AREA
Limitation of capacity in the entire pool area. The arrangement of the hammocks will respect the social distance with a radius of 1.5 meters.

The bar service, from now on will be in the same hammock. Our staff will take command and deliver the order to the guest.

During the day we will take a break to completely clean and disinfect the pool facilities.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
Digitization of the check-in process. In order to avoid crowds and minimize contact between client and receptionist, clients will be asked by email to fill in the necessary data to check-in, so on the day of arrival, they just have to go to collect the key from their room.

The use of stationery, such as the directory in the rooms or the letters in the restaurants and swimming pool, will be avoided. The client will have QR codes, to be informed and have the letters on their device.
TRAINING AND CONTROL
Self-protection, prevention and control training against COVID-19. In these programs, the implementation of the new operational protocols will be reinforced, given by the expert consultant Bio9000, in charge of audits, to verify processes and sanitary hygiene control. They will take samples from all areas of the hotel, with their subsequent analysis and report.
OTHER NOVELTIES AND IMPROVEMENTS
Creation of a risk committee. Responsible for carrying out the sanitary hygiene study, setting objectives, designing and implementing protocols, their control and preparation of reports. Always advised by the competent authorities and the specialized consultant, Bio9000.

All our employees will have individual protective equipment. Installation of protection screens in different areas of the hotel. New signaling system and capacity reduction.

All room key cards will be disinfected before delivery.
